Why every hosted service blocks it
App store rules, payment processor requirements and platform liability all push the same direction: no hosted AI video service can ship adult generation and stay distributed. This is structural, not a mood — waiting for a provider to loosen up is not a plan.
The practical consequence: if you need NSFW output, hosted services are a dead end, and unofficial "unfiltered" resellers (see below) are the wrong fix. Open weights are the only route that is both legal to distribute and free of platform filters.
The open-weights route
Wan 2.2, HunyuanVideo, LTX-Video and Hailuo H3 publish their weights for anyone to download, and none of them contain a content filter — there is no classifier to remove. Licenses still matter: Tencent's and MiniMax's community licenses exclude entire territories (H3 is not licensed for US use), and Lightricks caps free commercial use at $10M annual revenue. And generating illegal content stays illegal regardless of where the model runs.

Why we don't list "uncensored" reseller APIs
Sites reselling "unfiltered" access to hosted models are unofficial and unregulated. You send them prompts and payment data with no privacy terms worth the name, no recourse when they vanish, and no way to verify what model you are actually hitting. We don't link or rank them.
Limits that apply on every route
Sexual content involving minors and non-consensual intimate imagery of real people — including AI deepfakes — are crimes in most jurisdictions. No model, license, or local setup changes that. Platform policies are the smaller constraint; the law is the binding one.
